Wellbeing as the foundation.
Our design approach centred on the idea of wellbeing as the foundation of a high-performing workplace. Rather than designing solely for function, we sought to create an environment that supports how people feel, connect, and work together.
Warm and inviting material palettes, comfortable and flexible settings, and thoughtfully curated communal spaces were introduced to encourage interaction and create a sense of openness. The layout was carefully planned to promote both collaboration and moments of quiet reflection, recognising the diverse ways in which people work and engage with one another.
Natural textures, welcoming social spaces, and a balanced mix of formal and informal work settings helped create an environment that feels less like a conventional office and more like a community. Every design decision was guided by the Foundation's values of wellbeing, inclusivity, and human connection.
Here, operations and mission move together. The workplace is warm and inspiring by design, a space where people connect, collaborate, and genuinely thrive.
