Commissioned to deliver a full design consultancy solution, our work began with a comprehensive audit of the bank's existing workplace to understand operational requirements, spatial challenges, and future needs. These insights informed a design strategy that balanced functionality, employee experience, and brand expression.
Inspired by the concept of "the fold," we developed a distinctive design language articulated through creases, pleats, curves, and patterns. These elements became the defining motif of the workplace, seamlessly integrated into architectural features, finishes, and spatial experiences throughout the six floors.
The result is a modern and dynamic headquarters that reflects I&M Bank's forward-looking identity while creating an environment that encourages collaboration, supports productivity, and provides the flexibility needed for future growth.
